OFFENSE REPORT

Narrative: On 7-29-05 I was assigned to this investigation, to assist JEPD with a disorderly conduct complaint that occurred at the Landmark Saloon on 7-19-05. This involves alderpersons from the city of Jefferson who were involved in a dispute at that location. Due to the possible conflict of interest, JEPD Chief Bleecker requested that JESO conduct the investigation. Chief Bleecker’s report is enclosed. See that report for additional details.
