Attending: Beyer, Brawders, Lewis, Morgan, Schornack and van Lieshout. Staff: Olsen.

1. Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g) to Discuss Retaining an Attorney

Motion (Brawders/Morgan) to adjourn to closed session. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

2. Call to Order Called to order by President van Lieshout at 4:55 p.m.

3. Discussion Regarding Retaining Attorney

Discussed retaining an attorney to respond to an open records request.

4. Reconvene to Open Session

Motion (Brawders/Morgan) to reconvene to open session. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

5. Adjourn Closed session adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
