Attending: Dempsey, Fischer, Guttenberg, Hamann, Keiser, Lewis, Martin, Morgan, Olsen, Oppermann, Pierce and Thomsen.

1. Call to Order 6:50 a.m. by President Morgan.

2. Approval of Minutes

Motion (Thomsen/Martin) to approve minutes of February 17, 1998. MOTION CARRIED

3. W & S Property Proposal

John Wendorf and Tim Weber discussed the proposed use of his South Industrial Park land. More detailed plans will be forthcoming.

4. Update on (Redacted)

Our attorney is still working with the attorney representing (redacted). It may be awhile before this moves forward.

5. Update on Ganser Property

Discussed Estella Ganser's letter. Motion (Fischer/Dempsey) to submit a proposal to puchase (redacted) acres of property at a price of (redacted) per acre (redacted), contingent on the common council's approval. This proposal will be presented by Pat Guttenburg.

6. Police Station Site

The JDC decided not to take an official position regarding this issue.
