Special Meeting

7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Attending: Coffman, Dempsey, Guttenberg, Hamann, Lewis, Martin, Morgan, Olsen, Schornack and Thomsen.

1. Call to Order 7:30 p.m. by President Morgan.

2. South Industrial Park - John Wendorf

Discussed the sale of property in the south industrial park. Wendorf and Weber were present and took part in the discussion. Need to determine how much land is still available. Dempsey and Schornack will meet tomorrow and work it out.

3. Adjourn Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
